Lower Limber®

Continue the Stress Reset System at Home

The Lower Limber® is the take-home component of the Stress Reset System (SRS).

It is designed to help regulate the physical effects of stress through small, controlled, spine-first movement — allowing your body to settle, restore comfort, and recover naturally.

This is not a fitness device or exercise program.
It is a simple, repeatable system used for daily stress regulation, particularly to support rest and sleep.

The Lower Limber® is shown here as part of a guided Stress Reset routine.
Movements are controlled, non-strenuous, and designed to regulate the nervous system — not to stretch aggressively or train fitness.

For physical stress regulation

Designed for people whose stress shows up as tightness, fatigue, or difficulty settling.

For comfort and mobility

Supports ease of movement without forcing range or intensity.

For recovery and sleep preparation

Often used as part of an evening routine to help the body unwind and prepare for rest.

For sustainable daily use

Short routines that are easy to maintain without physical

Many people experience stress physically before they recognise it mentally.
This can show up as muscle tightness, reduced comfort, fatigue, or difficulty settling at the end of the day.

Traditional stretching or intense exercise can sometimes worsen these symptoms by placing additional demand on an already overloaded system.

The Lower Limber® was developed to support physical stress regulation through small, coordinated movement patterns that prioritise spinal alignment and neuromuscular coordination.

By restoring movement quality rather than forcing range, the body is able to relax, recover and adapt more effectively.

How the Lower Limber® Is Used

Most people use the Lower Limber®:

  • For 5–7 minutes per session
  • Once daily, often in the evening
  • As part of a short Stress Reset routine

Movements are:

  • Controlled and non-strenuous
  • Sequential and guided
  • Designed to feel calming rather than demanding

Consistency matters more than intensity.

Part of the Stress Reset System

The Lower Limber® is most effective when introduced through a Stress Reset Assessment or guided session, where individual stress patterns are identified and the system is explained.

It is not intended as a standalone stretching gadget, but as the continuation tool that allows the Stress Reset System to be applied at home.

If you are new to the system, we recommend starting with a guided assessment.

Who the Lower Limber® Is For

The Lower Limber® is suited to people who:

  • Experience stress as physical tension or fatigue
  • Have difficulty settling or sleeping
  • Feel restricted or uncomfortable rather than injured
  • Have not benefited from traditional stretching or exercise
  • Want a simple, time-efficient daily routine
